Hahaha! This workout is waaay super fun! I really do enjoy it. About halfway through, I want to throw up. I've never had an at-home DVD that's able to do that.
Praise God for the putting the fun in this!
Yesterday was a my rest day. I did rest, not do Stretch X.
There was a HOMEMADE ICE CREAM SOCIAL at Church last night. Ask me how many bowls I had.
We went to my sister-in-law's. They grilled, we ate. I did well. Half a piece of sausage and watermelon. There was my fave, chips and guacamole....yummy!! I didn't have any though, it's so not worth it. I'm committed to this for the 90 days! I want a flat stomach very badly!! I know it'll come at a price.
My first week has been awesome, honestly, not hard at all!!
Hope everyone had a fabulous Labor Day and has a great week!! :)
Out.

Week 1 Baby!!
My first week of P90X has been fabulous. Very fun actually. One day, I had to wake up at 4:15 A.M. to work out before work!!
The eating part of the plan really took effort the first day. I didn't ever feel hungry because I'm allowed so much food. I was very happy about that. I didn't journal hardly at all just because of busyness but now that I have the hang of the plan, I will do a better job next week.
Week 1 STATS:
I stepped on the scale and my weight was 140 lbs!! I stepped off and on again twice and both the second and third times it said 139.8!! I haven't seen 138 in a LONG time!!
It also said 32% body fat!
I am down 2.6lbs in the first week.
P90X has been awesome so far!

Fit Test and Before's
Tonight I did my P90X fit test and I got super excited/nervous.
I did all the exercises, took the before (goodbye!!) photos and the measurements.
I am so excited to see what this 90 days has in store for me. I know I won't be able to get through any of it with the Lord!! Consistency is not a strong point of mine and for a "live in the moment" type of girl, 90 days is an eternity. So I know it will be not only a physical thing but a mental challenge as well.
My current stats:
145lbs
33% body fat
Measurements:
My goals for November 31st:
125 lbs
23% body fat
Here are my before photos:
The part of my body I want to change the most is my belly! I hate that floppy belly button and flabby tummy! I want a flat stomach more than anything and I am sooooo ready to work to get it!!
I know change will not come without a price.
Philippians 1:6 will be my Battle Cry for these 90 days!! "being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." He promises me this. I need to embrace it.
